Shipping policy

Hong Kong delivery
- Orders of HK$500 or above: free shipping
- Orders below HK$500: shipped via SF Express cash on delivery; the shipping fee is paid directly to SF Express by the recipient on delivery

Overseas delivery
Shipping is calculated by total order weight and destination:

Asia (Mainland China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia)
- 1kg or below: HK$100
- Above 1kg up to 2kg: HK$250
- Above 2kg up to 3kg: HK$400
- Above 3kg up to 5kg: HK$650

Europe, the Americas and other regions (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Israel)
- 1kg or below: HK$150
- Above 1kg up to 2kg: HK$375
- Above 2kg up to 3kg: HK$600
- Above 3kg up to 5kg: HK$975

Over 5kg, large orders or destinations not listed above
We arrange these personally. Please WhatsApp us first at +852 6747 1463 and our team will quote you based on destination, weight and volume, then arrange the most suitable shipping method and payment. At checkout, please select “Over 5kg: shipping paid on delivery”; the shipping fee is settled when you receive the parcel.

How shipping is calculated
International couriers charge on whichever is greater: actual weight or volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 5000). Large but light items may therefore be charged by volumetric weight.

Dispatch
Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed. Actual delivery times depend on the courier and destination, and may be delayed by public holidays, severe weather or customs inspection.

Overseas duties and taxes
Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
